### **Terms and Conditions for Black Swallowtail Studios Raffle**

**1. Eligibility:**

This raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Black Swallowtail Studios are not eligible to participate. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

**2. Entry Details:**

Each ticket for the raffle is free. Participants can claim their free ticket by signing up through our website or in person at Black Swallowtail Studios. No purchase is necessary to enter. Multiple entries per person are not allowed unless otherwise specified. All ticket purchases must be completed by 1/15/25 11:59PM.

**3. No Purchase Necessary Option:**

If required by local laws, a no-purchase option for entry will be available. To enter without purchasing, send a handwritten request with your full name, address, email, and phone number to Black Swallowtail Studios, 246 Industrial Way W #7, Eatontown, NJ 07724 by 1/9/25. Limit one entry per person via this method.

**4. Prize Details:**

The raffle winner will receive a 1-year community membership to Black Swallowtail Studios, valued at $300, and a $1,000 gift card to be used for services and events at Black Swallowtail Studios. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for other goods or services.

**5. Winner Selection and Notification:**

The winner will be selected by a random drawing held on 1/17/25 at 6:00PM. The drawing will be conducted live [online/in-person], and the winner will be announced on our website and social media platforms. The winner will also be notified directly via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner will be selected.

**6. Prize Claim:**

The winner must claim their prize in person at Black Swallowtail Studios within 30 days of being notified. Valid identification and proof of eligibility are required. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

**7. Publicity:**

By entering this raffle, participants agree that their name, likeness, and entry may be used by Black Swallowtail Studios for promotional purposes without further compensation.

**8. Limitation of Liability:**

Black Swallowtail Studios is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized tampering of entries. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account associated with the entry.

**9. Privacy:**

All personal information collected in connection with this raffle will be used solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and in accordance with our privacy policy. If participants opt-in to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used to send promotional updates, event announcements, and future offers. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

**10. Modifications and Termination:**

Black Swallowtail Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

**11. Governing Law:**

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
